Math Curse

If i'm home by 4:00 pm, eat for 20 minutes, watch TV for about one hour, take ten minutes to get ready and go outside to play soccer, play soccer for one hour, 20 minutes to get back home and ready for a shower, 15 minutes taking a shower, one hour doing homework, one hour watching tv, one hour playing video games, ten minuted to get to bed, what time do I sleep?
